The Cambria Hotel in Detroit joins a growing list of hotel developments that are taking advantage of their rooftops by adding bars and restaurants. Downtown Detroit’s new Element Hotel will eventually feature a rooftop cocktail lounge and outdoor terrace at the peak of the Metropolitan building called the Monarch Club.
